Andhra Pradesh Public Service Commission APPSC Notification No. 36/2011, has released the Extension Officer Grade-ISUPERVISOR in A.P. Women Development and Child Welfare Sub Service Results.It is here by informed that on the basis of the Written Examination held on 29/04/2012 for
Recruitment to the post of Extension Officer Grade-I (Supervisor) in A.P. Women Development and
Child Welfare Sub Service the candidates whose registered numbers are given below have been called
for certificate’s verification on 26/12/2012 at 11:30 AM at the Commission’s Office. The candidates are
required to bring the following original certificates along with one set of Photostat copies along with 2
pass port size photos.
1. Date of Birth (SSC or its equivalent)
2. Proof of age relaxation in case of A.P. State Government servant (Regular Service certificate
from the concerned department, Government of Andhra Pradesh/NCC Instructor certificate/
Retrenched Census service certificate.
3. Integrated community certificate (issued by the concerned M.R.O./R.D.O)
4. Creamy layer exemption certificate from revenue authorities (for BC candidates only) the BC
Candidates may download the format of Creamy Layer Certificate from the Commission’s
website www.apspsc.gov.in who claim as BC community candidates.
5. Original qualification Certificate.
6. Attestation Forms in duplicate duly filled in by the candidate.
7. Hall Ticket of the Written Examination held on 29/04/2012.
8. Two Pass Port size photographs.
9. Must produce School Study Certificate from IV to X class OR Residence Certificate (7 years
prior to X class in case of Private Study).
