UPSC CDS II 2013 Final results, UPSC Combined Defence Services Examination 2013 Result
Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) Combined Defence Services II 2013 final results have been announced and can be checked online. Candidates who are successful and selected can see their Names and roll numbers for the Indian Military Academy, Indian Naval Academy and Air Force Academy on the official UPSC website. 299 candidates have successfully passed the exam and thus selected afterwards. Among the 299 candidates, 186 candidates are selected for the Indian Military Academy, 99 candidates are selected for the Indian Naval Academy and 14 candidates are selected for the Air Force Academy.
The Combined Defence Services II 2013 recruitment exam was conducted in two steps: written test and interview by Services Selection Board of the Ministry of Defence. The UPSC CDS II 2013 written test was held in September 2013 with 9,160 candidates passing the exam and thus called for the interview process. From the total 9,160 candidates, 5,608 were short-listed for the Indian Military Academy, 2,874 short-listed for Indian Naval Academy and 678 for the Air Force Academy.
The Commission had recommended 5608, 2874 and 678 as qualified in the written test for admission to the Indian Military Academy/Indian Naval Academy and Air Force Academy respectively. The number of candidates finally qualified are those after SSB testing conducted by Army Head Quarters. The results of Medical examination have not been taken into account in preparing these lists. These results will also be available on the UPSC website at http://www.upsc.gov.in. However, marks of the candidates will be available on the website after completion of its complete process i.e. after declaration of final result of
