Comedk PGET 2015 Exam Date, Comedk PGET 2015 Application Form
The Consortium of Medical Engineering and Dental Colleges of Karnataka (ComedK), Bangalore will hold PGET 2015 exam on February 1, 2015. Every year COMEDK PGET exam is conducted for admissions to Post Graduate Medical and Dental courses in COMEDK Member institutions.
To be held only in Bangalore city, all the eligible candidates can sent the filled-in application form in physical format together with the relevant enclosures so as to reach the COMEDK office on or before December 27, 2014 along with the application fee of Rs 2500 in the form of crossed demand draft drawn on any Nationalized Bank and payable to COMEDK at Bangalore.

How to apply for COMEDK PGET 2015 Exam:
Step 1: Registration
- Candidate should fill the personal information or Request for Application (RFA) through official website.
- Provide a valid E-mail id.
- Candidate Name, Date of Birth and E-mail id cannot be changed later.
- After submission, a Password will be sent to candidate's E-mail id
Step 2: Confirmation of Password
- Login with E-mail id and Password to get activated.
- Intimation sent on the mobile number
Step 3: Filling up of Online Application Form (OAF)
- Refer instructions in the window before filling OAF
- Scan passport size photograph (dimensions of 180 x 220 pixels) and save in desktop; the format of the scanned file should be .jpg or .jpeg.
- Scan signature (on white paper with black ball point pen) with the dimensions of 230 x 90 pixels and save in desktop; again .jpg or .jpeg format.
- Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory.
- Fill the details, like Demand Draft (DD) number, DD Date, Bank Name, etc. carefully.
Step 4: Generation of Application Number & Sending Physical Application Form (PAF)
- After submission of application form, an application number will be generated.
- Take print-out of application in A4 size paper and in portrait format, that is, PAF.
- Note down application number - all future correspondence to be made with this application number only.
- Write the Application Number, Name and Mobile Number on reverse of DD.
- Cross-check criteria for rejection of PAF before sending the same.
- Send PAF after affixing the photo, signature, DD and all the mandatory documents.
- Send the application form via speed-post to the Executive Secretary, Comedk, # 132, 2nd Floor, 11th Main Road, 17th Cross, Malleswaram, Bangalore 560055, Karnataka.
