AIPGMEE 2016 Counselling Dates, AIPGMEE 2016 Counselling Seat Allotment
APGMEE 2016 counselling starts from March 12. Held by National Board of Examinations (NBE), AIPGMEE is a national level postgraduate medical entrance examination for admissions to 50 per cent MD/MS/Diploma course seats of All India quota.
According to the official reports, AIPGMEE counselling will be held in 2 rounds, starting March 12, till March 18. According to the Supreme court's order, the AIPGMEE 2016 counselling will be in two rounds as compared it to previous years where the APGMEE counselling was held in three rounds. Counselling for AIPGMEE 2016 for both All India and State Quota, will be held in two rounds so that academic session can start from May 1.
The AIPGMEE counselling process includes registration, exercises of choices and locking, result publication, reporting at the allotted medical college against seat allotted after each round, etc.
AIPGMEE2016 results was announced on February 5, 2016 and participating states and medical colleges result was announced on February 9 by NBE. AIPGMEE Cut off marks for general category students was 50 per cent of the total marks in the AIPGMEE entrance exam.
