ALLOTMENT TO LL.M COURSE 2015-16 ONLINE OPTIONS INVITED

The Centralised Allotment Process for admission to LL.M Course in four Government Law Colleges and 5 Private Self-financing Law Colleges of the State for the year 2015-16 will commence on 22.02.2016 (Monday).

Candidates included in the rank list can register their options online through the website www.cee.kerala.gov.in from 22.02.2016 to 27.02.2016, 5 pm. [See Clause 16 of the Prospectus]. Candidate shall have to click ‘LL.M 2015-Candidate Portal’ available in the above website. After that the candidates have to enter their Application Number and Roll Number in order to access their home page. Then by clicking the menu item ‘Option Registration’ and by submitting their key number and password, candidate can register their options online. Candidates who get allotment shall have to join the allotted colleges on any date from 01.03.2016 to 04.03.2016.

Candidates who fail to register their options online will not be considered for allotment under any circumstances. Options submitted to the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations by Fax/Post/Hand delivery will not be processed or considered on any account for the allotment of seats.

The required fee for the LL.M Courses should be remitted in the allotted colleges at the time of admission.

Candidates who receive allotment should have attained the eligibility for admission as per Clause 4 of the Prospectus at the time of admission.

Documents to be produced at the time of Admission
1. Admit Card of the Entrance Examination.
2. Allotment letter issued by the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations.
3. Original Mark list of LL.B. examinations (All Mark Lists)
4. Provisional/Degree Certificate
5. Originals of the relevant Certificates to be produced
6. Any other documents mentioned in the Memo
7. Transfer certificate
8. Conduct certificate from the Head of the institution where the candidate studied last or from a Gazetted Officer, obtained within the last six months
9. Two copies of passport size photograph of the candidate
10.Candidates who passed their qualifying examination from Universities/Boards outside the State shall produce “Eligibility Certificate/Equivalency Certificate” from a University in Kerala, to the effect that the qualifying examination has been recognized by the University.
11.Applicant who is employed or a trainee in Government service, Scheduled Bank etc. should produce a relieving order and a certificate of good conduct from the Head of the office where the applicant is
employed at the time of interview.

Candidates who do not take admission within the specified dates shall lose their allotment as well as their further claims in the Centralized Allotment Process (CAP). Candidates are advised not to give  unnecessary options to courses/colleges where they do not wish to join, if allotted.
