VITEEE 2016 Exam Date,VITEEE 2016 Registration

VITEEE(Vellore Institute of Engineering Entrance Exam), a national level engineering entrance examination, is held by the VIT University for admissions to B. Tech programmes. Candidates who wish to apply for the VITEEE 2016 exam can do so online on the official website of VITEEE. The last date for registration in VITEEE 2016 exam is February 29 and the exam is to be held between April 6-17 at various test centres in India. VIT University has also added English subject in the VITEEE 2016 syllabus.

Candidates want to apply for VITEEE exam 2016 must have secured an aggregate of 60 per cent in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics/Biology in the qualifying examination (+2/Intermediate). The average marks obtained in the subjects Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics or Biology (PCM / PCB) in Class 12 (or its equivalent) put together should be 50 per cent for the SC/ST and North Eastern State. Candidates of regular, full time and formal education can also apply.

VITEEE 2016 Paper pattern:
VITEEE is a computer based test (CBT).The VITEEE 2016 exam paper consists of questions from Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics/Biology, and English.

The VITEEE 2016 exam will be held in three sessions i.e. Session I, Session II and Session III that will have the following timings:

Session I: 9 am to 11:30 am
Session II: 12:30 pm to 3 pm
Session III: 4 pm to 6: 30 pm

The VITEEE 2016 results (tentative) will be announced on April 29 on the VIT university official website.
