TISS-BAT 2016 Exam Date

The TISS Bachelor's Admission Test (TISS-BAT 2016) exam date, has been announced by Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS). The TISS-BAT 2016 exam will be held on May 14 for admission to five year Integrated B.A-M.A programme in Social Sciences offered in TISS campuses at Guwahati, Hyderabad and Tuljapur. Candidates can choose only one campus in the TISS-BAT 2016 online application. No transfers are permitted between the campuses.

TISS-BAT 2016 Eligibility criteria
Educational qualification:

Candidate must have passed Class 12 or intermediate in any subject stream from a recognised board. Those who have appeared for their Class 12 or intermediate final exams and are awaiting results can also apply.

TISS-BAT 2016 Paper pattern
The TISS-BAT 2016 paper will be of total 100 marks divided into two parts to be answered in 90 minutes duration.

Part A is of 60 marks and conatins multiple choice questions on current affairs, social awareness and logical and analytical reasoning. Part B is a written test with a set of descriptive questions in English. Candidates can write two short answers in 30 minutes carrying 40 marks. Candidates must attempt both the parts of the TISS exam as it is compulsory.
