The Combined Pre Ayush Test (CPAT) 2017 online registration process starts today, September 12 and the last date for filling up application form for the Combined Pre Ayush Test (CPAT) 2017 is September 25 . CPAT 2017 will be held on October 4, from 1 pm to 4 pm.
Candidates can apply from 3 pm onwards on the official websites, www.lkouniv.ac.in and www.cpatup2017.in

Click on the relevant link
Enter all the details in CPAT 2017 Application Form and click submit
You must take print out of the same for future use
Application fee:
General and OBC: Rs 2,000
SC and ST: Rs 1,000
Age limit:
General and OBC candidates should be between 17 years and 25 years of age to be eligible for applying.
Important notes:
CPAT fee can be paid by net banking, debit and credit cards only
For filling the CPAT 2017 application form, candidates must be ready with the Aadhar Card, valid email ID, active mobile number, scanned copy of passport size photo, scanned signature and right thumb impression.
