CBSE 12th result 2014 for Dehradun region
The CBSE Class 12 Results 2014 for the Dehradun region has been declared today along with Delhi region. Schools affiliated to the CBSE curriculum in Uttaranchal and 23 areas of Uttar Pradesh will get their CBSE results for Class 12 today onwards. CBSE 12th results 2014 for six regions namely, Ajmer, Allahabad, Bhubaneswar, Panchkula, Patna and Guwahati regions were declared yesterday, and the CBSE Class 12 results for the Chennai and Trivandrum regions was declared on May 26.
CBSE has notified that the procedure for verification of marks will be different this year and the applications for verification will be online only.
The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) exam for Class 12 was conducted from March 1, 2014 to April 17, 2014. Around 10,29,874 candidates registered for the examination out of which 6,03,064 were boys and 4,26,810 were girls. As compared to CBSE Class 12 examinations 2013, there is an overall increase of 9.32 per cent in the number of candidates registered for the examination. Number of girls registered for the Class 12 exam has increased by 10.18 per cent; similarly the number of boys having registered for the exam has grown by 8.72 per cent.
