NIMCET 2014 Results and Rank card Download
NIMCET 2014 results have been announced. Candidates can check the NIMCET Results on the official website of NIMCET. NIMCET 2014 Rank Card is also available to download, candidate just need to log in using their username and password to get the results and rank cards. NIMCET Admission counseling starts June 16, 2014 and Admission to the MCA course at the NITs will be based on the rank a candidate has got in NIMCET 2014. The NIT MCA Common Entrance Test (NIMCET) is conducted for admission to the Master of Computer Applications (MCA) course at the National Institutes of Technology (NITs) across India.
The NIMCET 2014 was organized on May 25 by NIT Agartala on behalf of all 11 participating NITs: Agartala. Allahabad, Bhopal, Calicut, Durgapur, Jamshedpur, Kurukshetra, Raipur, Surathkal, Tiruchirappalli, and Warangal.
NIMCET 2014 Important dates
Admission counseling (choice filling) begins: June 16, 2014
Admission counseling (choice filling) ends on: June 23, 2014
First round of allotment: June 26, 2014
First round of remote reporting at any NIT: June 30, 2014 to July 1, 2014
Second round of allotment: July 4, 2014
Second round of remote reporting at any NIT: July 7, 2014 to July 8, 2014
Third round of allotment: July 10, 2014
Third round of reporting in person at the allotted institute: July 17, 2014 to July 18, 2014
Surrendering the allotted seats by those who do not wish to join the allotted institute, but wish to participate in final round of allotment: July 21, 2014 to July 22, 2014
Announcement of vacant seats: July 25, 2014
Final round of allotment: July 28, 2014
Final round of reporting at allotted institute: August 4, 2014 to August 5, 2014.
Announcement of spot round of admission by the respective NITs for any vacant seats on their websites (if applicable): August 7, 2014 onwards
Around 867 total seats are available for the MCA course across all the participating 11 National Institutes of Technology (NITs).
