Common Admission Test (CAT) 2014 for admissions to MBA will be held on November 16 and November 22. Indian Institute of Management (IIM) - Indore conducts the CAT 2014 exam. The registration process for CAT 2014 will start August 06 onwards.

Date of commencement of online registration: August 6, 2014 (Wednesday)
Last date of registration: September 30, 2014 (Tuesday)
CAT Download of Admit Card: October 16, 2014 (Thursday)
CAT exam dates (forenoon and afternoon sessions): November 16, 2014 (Sunday) and November 22, 2014 (Saturday)
Tentative dates for CAT 2014 Results: Third week of December 2014
A Candidate must hold a Bachelor's Degree, with at least 50 per cent marks or equivalent CGPA [45 per cent in case of the candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST) and Differently Abled (DA) (It may also referred to as Persons with Disability (PWD) category)], given by any of the govt recognised universities for appearing in CAT exam.
After CAT scores are announced, candidates get selected at one of the 13 IIMs on the basis of their performance at Written Ability Test (WAT), Group Discussions (GD) and Personal Interviews (PI) conducted individually.
