Tamil Nadu SSLC Class 10th results 2016 have been declared. Students can check the results on the official website of Tamil Nadu Board-tnresults.nic.in. Students can check the results and get the scores by entering their roll number and date of birth. Tamil Nadu results have a dedicated website for telling the official results as and when they are declared and the website is tnresults.nic.in
Students can also check the results via Email IDs and SMS. The Tamil Nadu SSLC exam was conducted in the month of March. Tamil Nadu Directorate of Government Examination informed that a total of 10, 38,876 regular candidates and 74,647 private candidates appeared for TN Class 10th Board examination, and the SSLC exam was conducted at 3,179 centers in the whole of Tamil Nadu.
The overall pass percentage was more than 88.1 percent, girls scored more than boys as usual. The best part was that 38, 000 students got full marks in Science, 29, 000 students got full marks in mathematics and 19, 000 got full marks in social science. Tamil Nadu Board Class 12th results 2016 were announced earlier.
Tamil Nadu SSLC Class 10th results 2016 have been announced and can be checked by students on the tnresults.nic.in website. If any private students of the Tamil Nadu Board Class 10th wants results, then they have to go to their respective examination centre to get the results as the SSLC Tamil Nadu Results are only available for regular students in online mode. If any of such candidates want to apply for retotalling, they can register and pay from May 26 to 31 through their schools or exam centres.
While the fee for retotalling the language and English papers will be Rs. 305 per subject, mathematics, science and social science will cost Rs. 205 per subject. There is also a plan by the TN Board that a special SSLC supplementary examination 2016 would be held between June 23 and 30, and students could register between May 26 and 30. The examination fee for SSLC supplementary exam will be Rs. 125, and registration fee is Rs. 50.
