The PSTET exam was held by the State Council Of Educational Research and Training Of Punjab on September 25 for recruiting candidates as teachers in the government schools in the state of Punjab. Hundreds of candidates appeared for the PSTET 2016 exam.

The PSTET paper had multiple choice questions (MCQs), each carrying one mark, with four options out of which one answer was correct. No negative marking was applied.
