The Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) has announced the OPENMAT XLII results on the official website-ignou.ac.in. The IGNOU OPENMAT XLII Exam 2017 was held on September 24 at different test centres across India.

Candidates need to follow these steps in order to check the IGNOU Openmat Result 2017 XLII:
- Visit the official website, ignou.ac.in
- Click on the link 'OPENMAT XLII RESULT (Management Programme)'
- Click on 'Click here for result under OPENMAT XLII RESULT (Management Programme)'
- Click on OPENMAT XLII RESULT
- Enter your enrollment number in the given space and click submit
- IGNOU Openmat Result 2017 will be displayed on the screen
- You can download and take a printout for future use
Important dates:
Candidates who wish to take admission in the January session must submit their applications before December 31.
For candidates seeking admission to July 2018 session, the last date to submit applications is May 31.
Application form and application fee:
Candidates must pay an application fee of Rs 1800 per course via Demand Draft drawn in favor of IGNOU, payable at the city of concerned IGNOU Regional Centre.
The same must be accompanied with the application form (Form No. 2) and other documents viz print out of OPENMAT XLII Result card, attested copies of previous academic certificates, hall ticket, recent passport size photograph, ID card, category certificate (if applicable), etc.
Candidates need to submit duly signed application forms at the local Regional Centres of IGNOU on or before the last dates as mentioned above.
