Results Announced:

The overall pass percentage this year is 86.70 per cent. Four students have shared the top position with 499 marks out of 500 marks.

Prakhar Mittal, from DPS Gurgaon, Rimzgim Agarwal from R P Public school, Bijnor, Nandini Garg from Scottish International school, Shamli and Sreelakshmi G from Bhavan’s Vidalaya, Cochin have jointly shared the top position.

The top 3 regions in CBSE Class 10 Results 2018 are Thiruvananthapuram  with 99.6 per cent, Chennai with 97.37 per cent followed by Ajmer in 91.86 per cent. Total candidates who scored above 95 per cent are 27,476 and candidates who scored above 90 per cent are 1, 31,493.

Girls have once again outscored boys. 88.67 per cent girls cleared the exams while 85.32 per cent boys were successful.

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) declare the class 10 board results 2018 on May 29 at 4 pm i.e today.

Anil Swarup, Secretary of Education said on twitter that Results of CBSE Class 10 examinations for 2017-18 to be declared by 4 pm on 29th of May, 2018. This year, over 16.88 lakh students appeared for the Class 10 board examination at different test centers across India.

Steps to check CBSE 10th Results 2018:

  • Visit the official website of CBSE i.e. cbseresults.nic.in
  • Click on the link 'Class 10 Exam Results 2018'
  • Enter your roll number and other details in the given space and click submit.
  • CBSE 10th Result 2018 will be displayed on the screen
  • You can download and take a printout for future use

CBSE conducted class 10 exams from March 5 to April 4.

CBSE 12th board results 2018 were announced on May 26. Meghana Srivastava was this year topper with 499 marks out of 500.

Results on Google:
CBSE Class 10 results 2018 can also be checked on Google. Rama Sharma, Senior Public Relations Officer at CBSE said, "We are collaborating with Google for the smooth dissemination of results through an easy and secure platform,"

CBSE Class 10 Marksheets on DigiLocker:
The DigiLocker account credentials will be sent to students via SMS on their mobile number that is registered with CBSE. DigiLocker can also be seen from your mobile phone on Android and iOS platforms.

Results on Microsoft search engine:
CBSE Matric Result 2018 can also be accessed through Microsoft search engine www.bing.comand SMS Organizer App on mobile which can be installed from play store https://aka.ms/sms

CBSE results on UMANG mobile application:
Students can also check their results on UMANG mobile application available for Android, iOS and Windows-based smartphone.

Last year's pass percentage:
The pass percentage in 2017 was 90.95 per cent. The pass percentage was 96.21 per cent in 2016.
Trivandrum region scored the highest pass percentage at 99.85 followed by Madras at 99.62 per cent and Allahabad at 98.23 per cent in 2017.
