Fees:
The annual tuition fees for MCA course in Govt./Govt. Aided Colleges and for Govt. seats in the Govt. controlled Self financing Colleges is Rs.7,000/-. The annual tuition fees for Management Seats in Govt. controlled Self financing Colleges is Rs.38,500/-. For merit seats in Private Self Financing Colleges, the annual tuition fees is Rs.50,000/-.
Documents to be produced at the time of admission:
1. 1st Phase Allotment Memo issued by the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations.
2. Fee receipt obtained from the bank.
3. Admit Card of the Entrance Examination.
4. SSLC or any relevant school records to prove date of birth,
5. Original Mark list and Pass Certificate of the qualifying examination.
6. Transfer Certificate and Conduct Certificate from the institution where the candidate studied last.
7. Two copies of recent passport size photograph.
8. Candidates who have passed their qualifying examination from Universities / Boards outside the State shall produce an “Eligibility Certificate” from any of the Universities in Kerala.
9. A candidate who qualifies from other universities should produce migration certificate at the time of admission.
10. A candidate who is employed or is a trainee in Govt. / Quasi Govt. / Banks etc. shall, at the time of interview, produce a relieving order and a certificate of good conduct from the head of the institution where the candidate was employed.
Candidates who do not take admission on the specified dates, will lose their current allotment and their higher options and will not be considered for further allotments. POINTS TO REMEMBER |
1. Candidates can register options till 4 PM on 17th November 2012. |
2. Trial allotment will be published on 15th November 2012 to create an awareness about the allotment process. |
2. The allotment in this phase will be published on 20th November 2012. |
3. Those candidates who receive allotment can remit the Tuition Fee in selected branches of State Bank of Travancore on 21st,22nd November 2012. |
4. Those who do not remit fee in the specified time will lose their existing allotment. |
5. Candidates receiving allotment shall take admission in the colleges on 23rd or 26th November 2012. |
6. Those candidates who do not take admission in the specified time will lose existing allotment. |
7. In order to be eligible for admission to a college for MCA course, the candidate should satisfy the academic eligibility condition as stipulated in Clause 5(b) of the Prospectus. |
