CTET 2014 Results have been announced on date 21st March 2014 at 6:30 PM. Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) 2014 was conducted by Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) on February 16, 2014. A total of 8.26 lakh candidates appeared in the CTET 2014 Exam and now the CTET Results have been announced. CBSE released its CTET 2014 OMR answer sheets to check any errors in their particulars.

The Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) is used to qualify candidates to teach Classes I - VIII at Central Government Schools (also Union Territory Schools). CTET Result scores are also considered by Private Schools as well as State Government aided schools. Two papers are available under the CTET exam; Paper 1 qualifies you for teaching Classes I - V (Primary Stage) and Paper 2 qualifies you to teach Classes VI -VIII (Elementary Stage). Completing both papers is also an option, qualifying you to teach Classes I - VIII.
CBSE will dispatch CTET 2014 Marks Statement/Certificates from 21.04.2014 onwards.
The Validity Period of CTET qualifying certificate for appointment will be seven years from the date of declaration of its result for all categories. There is no restriction on the number of attempts a person can take for acquiring a CTET Certificate. A person who has qualified CTET may also appear again for improving his/her score. A candidate can get a duplicate copy of Marks Statement or Eligibility Certificate by paying the following fees by way of Demand Draft in favour of “Secretary, Central Board of Secondary Education” drawn on any nationalized bank and payable at Delhi:
