The West Bengal Council of Higher Secondary Education (WBCHSE)conducted West Bengal Higher Secondary examination from March 12, 2016 to March 28, 2016. Madhyamik Pariksha or Class 10 board Exams is conducted by West Bengal Board of Secondary Education (WBBSE) and West Bengal Madhyamik Pariksha (Se) Results-2016 were announced already.
West Bengal HSC students can calculate their aggregate by eliminating any one of the two language subjects in case a student scores less in either of them and the score in one of the additional subjects will then be considered in the best-of-five calculation. Though students need to make sure they are pass in both the language papers to be called as passed. This system is also helpful for JEE and AIPMT aspirants where the HSC marks plays an important role in determining the eligibility of the candidates.
