HP TET 2017 Exam Date
The HP TET 2017 Exam Date is on September 3, 9, 10 and 17.

The HPTET exam is held by the Himachal Pradesh Board of Secondary Education (HPBOSE) for recruitment of various categories of teachers -- JBT, Shastri, TGT (Non-Medical), TGT (Medical), TGT (Arts), and Language Teacher.

HPTET 2017 Exam pattern:

One question paper in four different series having questions of multiple-choice/objective type, carrying 150 questions of one mark each to be attempted within 150 minutes
60 per cent minimum qualifying marks required
No negative marking applies
A candidate have to choose the correct answer and shade against the appropriate choice in the OMR response sheet.

Validity
The TET qualifying certificate is valid for appointment for seven years from the date of issuance of TET certificate.

Number of attempts
No restriction on the number of attempts a person can take for getting a TET certificate.
