Steps to download SSC Scientific Assistant Admit Card 2017:

Visit the official website
Login to the regional website for downloading the SSC Scientific Assistant admit card:
Northern region, Central region, North Western region Chandigarh, Karnataka Kerala region, Southern region, North Eastern region, Eastern region (Kolkata), Western region (Mumbai), Madhya Pradesh region.
Fill in the information, whatever needed and click submit.
The Scientific Assistant admit card will be displayed on the screen
You can take a print-out for future use
The exam will be held from November 22 to November 25.

Paper pattern:

The Scientific Assistant exam will be based on two following parts:

Part 1:  It will consist of general intelligence and reasoning, quantitative aptitude, English language and comprehension and general awareness.
Part 2: It will comprise 100 questions based on physics, computer science and information technology, electronics and telecommunication engineering.

Note: Candidates must note that the negative marking is applicable, 0.25 mark will be deducted for each wrong answer in both the parts.

The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) was established in November 4, 1975 under the Government of India and recruits staff for several posts in the various Ministries and Departments of the Government of India and in Subordinate Offices.

Headquartered at New Delhi, there are seven regional offices at Allahabad, Mumbai, Delhi, Kolkata, Guwahati, Chennai, Bangalore and two Sub-Regional Offices at Raipur and Chandigarh. Each regional office is headed by a Regional Director and each sub-regional office is headed by a Deputy-Director.
