JEE Main 2016 Result Date, JEE Main Result 2016 Rank List

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) Joint Entrance Exam (JEE) Main results to be announced on April 27.

Candidates can check the official website, http://jeemain.nic.in. for the JEE Main 2016 Results and click the Results link and enter the required details. CBSE JEE Main 2016 results will be displayed on the computer screen.

JEE Main offline exam was held on April 3 and the JEE Main online exam was held on April 9 and April 10. The JEE Main 2016 exam included two papers Paper 1 and Paper 2(B.E/B.Tech) and Paper 2 (B.Arch/B.Planning).

Paper 1: (B.E/B.Tech): The JEE Main test had objective type questions based on the subjects physics, chemistry & mathematics.
Paper 2 (B.Arch/B.Planning): The JEE Main exam included mathematics, Aptitude Test and Drawing Test.

Around 12 lakh students appeared for the JEE Main 2016 examination in 129 cities. The prestigious JEE Main 2016 engineering entrance exam was conducted to shortlist the candidates seeking admissions to undergraduate engineering programmes at NITs, IIITs, other centrally  funded technical Institutions. Candidates who pass the JEE Main 2016 exam will have to appear for the JEE Advanced exam. The registrations for JEE Main Advanced exam starts from April 29 and end on May 4.

JEE Main Result 2015

IIT JEE Joint Entrance Exam (Main) results 2015 have been declared. Candidates can check the Jee Main 2015 result on the official website of IIT Jee. The following are the steps to check the Jee Main 2015 result:

Enter your roll number and date of birth and click Submit

JEE (Mains) 2014 All India Ranking (AIR) announced

JEE (Mains) 2014 All India Ranking has been announced by Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE). Candidates can check their Jee Main 2014 scores at jeemain.nic.in. The JEE Mains 2014 All India Ranking is based on JEE Mains scores (60%) and Class 12 results (40%). These JEE (main) ranks are used by central institutes like NITs and other institutes all over India. Around 12.5 lakh appeared for the exam. The JEE Main 2014 rank card of the candidate includes the 'All India rank', 'state rank' and 'category rank'. The Central Seat Allocation Board (CSAB) conducts the seat allotment procedure for the JEE Main rank holders in NITs. The following is the Jee Main 2014 seat allocation schedule released by CSAB:

JEE Main Seat allotment is to be done in different rounds and Spot round for the vacant seats will start with new registrations.

JEE Mains Ranking 2014 Date, JEE Mains All India Rank 2014

JEE (Mains) 2014 All India Ranking

The All India Ranking for JEE (Mains) will be released on 7th July 2014. Around 12.5 lakh candidates who have appeared for the JEE Mains exam are anxiously waiting for their All India Rankings.

The JEE (main) ranks is used by central institutes (NITs and IIITs) and other good institutes in India. Candidates can check their current marks in JEE Mains 2014 by selecting education board, entering application number, JEE Mains roll number and date of birth. If in any case, you see some errors, you must upload official mark sheet on the JEE Mains website. The JEE Mains All India Rank 2014 will be based on JEE Mains scores (worth 60 per cent weightage) and Class 12 results (for 40 per cent weightage).

JEE Mains 2014 All India Ranks will be released to the candidates on the date of July 7 and then the admission process to undergraduate engineering and architecture courses will starts (except for IITs and ISM Dhanbad). If you have got an All India Rank in JEE Mains, you will be able to take part in the Jee Mains admission counseling process. The last date for confirming the qualifying examination (Class 12) marks for the JEE Mains 2014 candidates was extended to June 30, 2014 from the previous date of 27th June 2014.
